We were in the group of 24th jan, the service, the hospitality they provided is excellent. Al though every staff member is very cooperative including Jameel bhai, Noman bhai and others but our group was along with Noman bhai. I don't have words to express my feelings regarding him, he not only guided us in each and every aspect of performing umarah but also guided and helped us doing shopping. well planned, smoothly done, well communicated during the Pre Umra Trip and during Umra, Hotels were decent. Madina hotel was excellent. Sometimes food was an issue, but, manageable. Tour Manager (Baseer) was courteous and very helping to all.

Very friendly office staff. Prompt response to queries and above all they have reasonably the best price, when compared to well-known competitors in the market. Hotels in Makkah & Medina are close by, with excellent service therein and tasty food. All in all one of the best.
