What areas does UmrahBooking.co transportation cover?
We provide transportation throughout the Holy Cities — Makkah and Madinah — and on all major intercity routes. This includes Jeddah airport (JED), Madinah airport (MED), the Makkah Haram district, Madinah city centre, Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, and all major Ziyarah sites in both cities. We also cover routes to Taif and across the western Hejaz region on request.
How far in advance should I book transportation?
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance, especially during peak Hajj and Umrah seasons (Ramadan, Dhul Hijjah, and school holidays). However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows. WhatsApp us for urgent requests — we will do our best.
Do you track flight arrivals at Jeddah and Madinah airports?
Yes. For all airport pickup services, we monitor your flight in real time using your flight number. If your flight is delayed, your driver will be notified automatically and will wait for you at arrivals — at no extra charge. You will never be left stranded.
What vehicle options do you have for families with children?
For families with children, we recommend our Toyota Hiace, Hyundai Staria, or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter depending on group size. Child seats and booster seats are available on request — please mention this when booking. All family vehicles are air-conditioned and include ample luggage space.
Can you organise transportation for a large mosque group?
Yes — group transportation is one of our specialties. We coordinate multi-vehicle convoys for mosque groups of 10 to 200+ pilgrims, including Toyota Coasters, Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, and full executive coaches. Each group is assigned a dedicated coordinator to manage logistics from arrival to departure.
What is included in the Ziyarah transportation service?
Ziyarah transportation includes a private vehicle and experienced driver who will take your group to the major holy sites in Makkah (Jabal al-Nour, Jabal Thawr, Mina, Muzdalifah, Arafat, Hudaybiyyah) and Madinah (Quba Mosque, Masjid al-Qiblatayn, Baqi, Uhud, and beyond). The driver provides directional context — not formal religious guidance, which is the responsibility of your own Islamic scholar or guide.
Are your drivers English-speaking?
Yes. All drivers assigned to our international pilgrims speak English to a functional level and understand pilgrimage terminology and needs. Many drivers also speak Arabic and Urdu. If you have a specific language requirement, please mention it at booking and we will do our best to accommodate.
How is transportation priced?
All transportation is fixed-price and quoted in USD before confirmation. There are no meters, no surge pricing, and no hidden charges. The price you agree to is the price you pay. For groups, bulk rates are available on multi-trip or multi-vehicle bookings.
Can I book transportation for multiple legs of my journey?
Absolutely. We encourage pilgrims to plan their full ground transportation in advance — airport arrival, intercity transfer, daily Ziyarah tours, and departure transfer. Booking all legs together gives you priority availability during peak season and may qualify for a multi-leg discount.
What is your cancellation policy for transportation bookings?
Cancellation terms vary depending on the type and timing of the booking. We aim to be fair and flexible — pilgrimage journeys can change unexpectedly. Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are generally eligible for a full refund. Contact your advisor immediately if your plans change and we will find the best resolution.
